Our website will remain open however postage and support will be unavailable till the date shown above. We've not taken a break since the start of this pandemic and to be honest we're exhausted and need to reset.
Orders from the 14th December still don't have a 'deliver by Christmas' guarantee, obviously we can't offer this currently due to the pandemic constantly changing. From what we have noticed this is the general delivery times we're seeing:
• UK - 48 hours (can take up to 1 week, if longer then a week AFTER dispatch, email us)
• EU - 7 Days (Can take up to 1 month with the current pandemic from the date of dispatch, this is dependant on your countrys policy's)
• USA - 2 weeks (Generally should only take a week, however as of recent we're noticing more taking 2 weeks to arrive. However this can take longer, If a parcel has not moved its location after 1 month then it's deemed as lost, this is the point to contact us. Keep an eye on your tracking.)

Then your order will be held as these are pre-order items with estimated dispatch date of January 2021.
Our hope is that most will get their orders for Christmas, if you live outside of the UK however this is unlikely. Understand that we made this CLEAR when ordering products from Black Friday this year.
Hopefully we will have no issues but this is to give everyone the information they need in this difficult time while trying to be as transparent as possible with the process/ the waiting times. Though I am not working I will have access to emails and if anyone needs urgent help I will guage it as I need to. I aim to relax though so please only message if its urgent.
