What the stages mean
  1. Taking preordersThe design has just dropped. Every style and size is available (unless we say otherwise).
  2. Stock orderedWe've ordered the stock for every preorder, so we can narrow down the dispatch date.
  3. DispatchedIt's on its way. Your dispatch email with tracking will be in your inbox.

Ordering in-stock items too?

Everything in one order ships together once the preorder is ready. If you want your in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.

Preorder questions

How do preorders work?

You pay in full when you order, then we ship once the stock arrives. The estimated dispatch is shown above and on the product page. Preorder items have a gold PREORDER button and badge, and are labelled in your cart and confirmation email.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Yes, free of charge, any time before it's dispatched. Once it's shipped you can't cancel, but you may be able to return it under our returns policy.

Will my preorder ship separately from in-stock items?

No. The whole order ships together once everything is ready. Place a separate order if you want in-stock items sooner.

The dispatch date has passed. Where's my order?

Dates are estimates and can slip if the stock is delayed. The tracker above is updated as soon as we know more. Or email help@hardtimes.shop with your order number.
