• Upon dispatch an email confirmation with tracking will be sent to your email address. These emails are sent automatically upon it leaving us.
• All items ordered at the same time as a preorder will not be sent till the full order is available. If you wish to receive 'in stock' items quicker please make a separate order.

Taking Preorders |
Key:
Estimated Dispatch = A rough month we expect the item to ship. This is later narrowed down once stock has been ordered.
Taking Preorders = The design has just released and EVERY style & size is available with no limitation (unless specified)
Stock ordered = We've ordered the stock from the preorders. This is the point we will be able to narrow down the estimated dispatch. Likewise the inventory on our website is updated. Stock now has limitations and can sell out.
Dispatched = We've dispatched the item. An automatic email confirming the dispatch can be found in your email if ordered.
How do Pre-orders actually work?
When you pre-order an item you pay the full amount upfront, you then wait a certain amount of time (estimated roughly in the products description) for your order. When the item dispatches providing you left your email address you will get an email confirmation with tracking.
You will know if an item is a pre-order as the 'add to cart' button will be replaced with the word 'pre-order'. Not only this but a note will be added to the item inside your cart and the description of the item itself will also state that it's a preorder.
The estimated dispatch date is always listed in the products description. We do our best to either meet that time or be early. Only during incredibly rare circumstances are we ever later than the estimated time.
Can I cancel a pre-order? Will I get charged
Yes you can cancel and No you will not get charged a fee if you change your mind before we start dispatch on the pre-order.
You can't cancel once the item has started dispatch. This is so that we can work through the orders quickly and efficiently to make sure everyone has their item out on time.
If you do change your mind during the period of dispatch though you may not be able to cancel you can always return the item so long as it falls within our return policy.
Do you dispatch preorders seperatly to other products in the same order that are in stock?
No. If you make an order with multiple products and for example 1 is a pre-order. The whole order will not be sent out till the full order is ready and available. We highly recommend people order pre-order products separately to in stock products so you can receive what we have ready as soon as possible.
