If you're concerned as you're expecting an item please read below as you wont get any help from support till 21st December.

ALL ORDERS PRIOR TO 15th December have been sent out. These take the following times to reach their destinations:
UK - 2/3 days
EU - 1/2 weeks
Everywhere else - 2/3 weeks

We were able to get out all the Black Friday Exclusive Hipflasks early as well as Lone Wolf, Hocus Pocus, Heroes Never Die T-Shirt, Bullet Rain and Rain from Above earlier then we expected. These were dispatched on the 12th for UK customers and the 13th/14th for international customers. If you ordered any other pre-orders that are not listed above in your order please remember they will not be sent till everything is available.

During the holidays sometimes it can take a bit longer however if you're concerned there are a couple of things you can do.

First off, we've had a huge amount of people wondering where there pre-order item is. If your order contains an item that's a 'pre-order' or 'black friday exclusive' these are to be dispatched at a later date (starting from the 27th December) The following items will not be sent till this time: Black Friday Exclusive Heroes Never Die Hoodie, Broken Crown T-Shirt and Varsity, Geisha T-Shirt, Lifes a Beach, Rift Dweller, Prepare to Die, The Hunt, Elemental Drakes, Demon Hunter and Redemption.

Even if your order contains 1 pre-order item then the whole order will not be sent till it's all in stock.

If it's not a pre-order item then check the address make sure it's correct if so check the sorting office closest to you that your mail goes to. It has been known that the post office do not leave notes or they get misplaced etc. If you go there and ask if they have mail for you they should be able to tell you or not. If it's still obscenely late without reason contact us and we will be in touch on the 21st.
