International
We ship worldwide, and every international order is fully tracked.
- International shipping is calculated by weight, with separate rates for the EU and the USA.
- The more you order, the less you pay per item, because shipping is spread across a heavier parcel.
- The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch Times
- Orders are dispatched within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday are processed the next business day.
Preorders
Preorder items show their estimated dispatch date in the item description. If your order has preorder and in-stock items, it will ship together once everything is ready.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days, check your spam folder, then get in touch.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
