Below FAQ are some common questions from our customers we've encountered over the years.

Postage to the UK Costs £5 (Free with orders over £50), Worldwide postage is £12 (Free with orders over £100)

We aim to dispatch all items within 92 hours of purchasing (working days only) from there it takes:
2-3 days (UK)
1-2 weeks (Worldwide) Normally the further from the UK the longer it takes.

Once every order has been dispatched an email confirmation will be sent to the email provided in your order.

All our Clothing is to be washed inside out at 30 degrees maximum and then hung on a line / clothes horse to dry. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY (ITEM WILL SHRINK). To read more on our washing instructions please read our Washing Instructions. Any item damaged as a result of not following these instructions will not be eligible for a refund/ exchange.
NO! We can't change your address once an item has been purchased as paypal does not cover it as a confirmed address. Please make sure that your address is right before you purchase. We do accept emails after informing that it's wrong within the first 6 hours, we can refund you if you do make a mistake but you would have to re-order under the right address. It is fully the customers responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct. If you email after or just before we dispatch your item then i'm afraid there's nothing we can do and you will not be eligible for a refund/ exchange. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.
No, Hard Times Clothing sells exclusively online, so everything you see with us is not sold elsewhere in the world! You can also catch Hard Times Clothing at some events up and down the country. If you're interested in meeting us and purchasing your product face to face please check our Events Page, to see when we're near you.
Hard Times Clothing does not and will not stock in any other store worldwide.
Most commonly people have misread the description of the item they've bought and not noticed it's a 'pre-order' item, if you're unsure if this is the case it will state if it's or not in the items description as well as give you a dispatch date. If it's not a pre-order item or is and it's past the dispatch date please email us, upon emailing we will ask you to confirm the address and check your local sorting office as it is known that they're sent there and not left any note in the past.
Fulfilled means the item has been dispatched, Unfulfilled means it's still waiting to be dispatched. If it has been unfulfilled for longer then 1 week please check to make sure your item is not a 'pre-order' item by reading its product description.
Yes. We need all the help we can get and love that each and every one of our customers does this by putting their clothing up on social networks and tagging us to let their friends know where they get it from. As well as this you can hashtag #hardtimesclothing to feature on our main page. If you're looking to wear Hard Times Clothing as part of your profession (e.g. Model, Youtuber, Cosplayer, Gamer) If you let us know and share word of mouth we can see what we can do about enlisting you as part of our promotion team.
Yes. If you wish to purchase any product you wish to shoot in and send us the images if we wish to use them we're more then happy to work some sort of deal out, however we also have to know who has taken the photo and confirm this also to avoid using someone else's property.
Our inspired designs are a clever way of showing our loves and passions without taking physical copyright. We're not about that. Myself and my artists work very hard on all of our inspired designs to make sure that they follow copyright law and regulations so that there are no issues. I have studied copyright law in a great detail to do this and is one of the reasons it sets us apart from many others.
Our limited edition products are only sold for a certain amount of time or that we only have so many of them ever available. All our Limited Edition designs have been finely made and once gone will never be restocked/ re-released. So if you see one, GET IT FAST.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends/ holidays, except for urgent cases. In these cases it's best to call us between the hours of 12pm - 6pm (GMT) or message us on Facebook (as we are not always around our computer). Please do not contact us on Holidays.
Pre-orders are displayed and labeled by the first paragraph in the items description. All our pre-orders are on a pay now receive later scheme. You can't pay a deposit and then pay the rest upon launch i'm afraid. All Pre-Orders will be aimed to be dispatched on the dispatch date shown on the items description. If you don't receive confirmation on the date it's possible it has taken a little bit longer then anticipated. However once it's in and packed up you will be sent a dispatch form stating that it has left us and it's on its way to you! We strongly advice using our pre-order system on high demand items to guarantee your size.
As a designer myself I understand how hard it can be to get out there. I'm lucky to have bought up some incredible designs along this journey and work with some of the most talented in the world. But we're always looking for new talent. If you're interested we would love to see what you do, not spammed constantly with it but a nice professional portfolio of your work is always appreciated and always looked over.
