To get the most accurate measurements. Grab a t-shirt you already own and lay it flat on a surface. After, measure from the neck down and across just underneath the armpits. Please note our t-shirts are roughly around an inch longer on the body then most brands like Gildan/ Fruit of the loom. This is infinitely better in our opinion :)
