Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 92 hours of payment. The only exception to this rule is any preorder product. A preorder products estimated dispatch date will be visible on the products description.

Upon dispatch of your product(s) a confirmation email with tracking will be sent to you.

Delivery:

UK:
Delivery for UK customers upon dispatch is 48 hours. All items are sent Tracked 48.

Everywhere Else:
International delivery can take from 1-3 weeks. All international post is sent fully tracked.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY:
Christmas delivery on anything, There are still some issues in some country's where there are delays. We will try our absolute best. Generally speaking if this was a 'normal' year the cut off times are as followed:

UK - December 18th
Everywhere Else - December 5th

Any preorder product comes from Black Friday till December 25th should not be treated as a product you will have in time for Christmas. Again, we will absolutely try and it's highly likely for our UK customers that they will have it, however for International customers it's possible you will not receive it in time. By purchasing you are understanding that this is a possibility.

Washing Instructions

To wash our clothing products please following the following instructions:
This has been tested and will allow you to withstand the test of time!

- Turn item inside out (this protects the print)
- Wash at a maximum of 30 Degrees (Celsius). This is known as a cold wash.
- Leave to air dry in room temperature, preferably on some form of clothes horse

What not to do:
- DO NOT TUMBLE DRY
- DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE IN EXTREME HEAT
- DO NOT put print directly onto a radiator, we would advise not putting it on one all together however if you were to do it, turn inside out first and avoid the print touching at all cost. This can cause peeling.
- Avoid using an iron on our products, however if needed turn inside out and iron on the reverse side to the print. NEVER IRON OVER THE PRINT

Our products are pre-shrunk however, exposure to heat will in time cause the items to shrink even more (this is just the nature of the material). Tumble drying our clothing will result in shrinking, as will washing it on a higher temperature.

If an item is damaged as a result of not following these instructions, then it's not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
